H&S Software Solutions GmbH, founded in 2016, is an independent, owner-managed and equity-financed software company based in the Innovation Quarter in Rheine, Münsterland. In order to preserve our unrestricted entrepreneurial freedom, we have deliberately decided against an external investment in the form of venture capital. Since our foundation, we have recorded consistently positive business results, which underlines our sustainable and solid financial basis.

We began developing our ADASMA software in 2017 and have been setting new standards in the field of field service management solutions ever since.

Our highly qualified in-house development team enables us to respond flexibly to individual requirements and customized solutions. This flexibility is one of the reasons why numerous well-known companies throughout Europe rely on Trust ADASMA. More than 2,000 users now work with ADASMA every day - and the number of users is growing steadily. This success is not only due to the high quality of our software, but also to the simple operating concept and the sophisticated functionality that make our solution particularly user-friendly.

In spring 2023, we moved into our new office in the Business-Kontor with over 200 square meters of space, which technically and ergonomically optimally equipped workplaces for our employees and an excellent basis for further growth. offers growth.
